Imperial War Museum Duxford Photographic Exhibition
Evocative photographs capture the men and women at work and play who served at RAF Duxford, giving a unique insight into life at a fighter station during the Second World War. The exhibition brings visitors face-to-face with some of the heroic characters who flew from Duxford to win the Battle in the skies.

Featuring 'forces songbird' Hayley Westenra and the Central Band, Regiment Band and College Band of the RAF performing a nostalgic evening of popular music from the war years.

National Battle of Britain Memorial Tribute
HRH Prince Michael of Kent and surviving members of 'the few' will lead the tributes to the aircrews who defended this country so bravely 70 years ago, at the National Memorial to the Allied Aircrew of the Battle of Britain at Capel-le-Ferne. Flypasts by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and music from the RAF Central Band. Site opens 10am, parade from 1.30pm; free admission.
