Private Chalet

Available in single, double or triple units for exclusive hire a private chalet units seats 50 people per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A small number of private chalet units are available for single day hire.
Taking an entire unit gives you the opportunity to personalise the space and promote your business messages.

Trenchard Chalet

Seating 150 people each day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Trenchard is the perfect spot for parties of 2-20 seeking a day of glamour and excitement in equal measures. Whether you are looking to entertain clients or treat your family and friends to a never to be forgotten day out we guarantee exceptional standards of service from the moment you make the call to book your exclusive table.

Private Enclosure

For more informal entertaining of up to 100 people a private enclosure represents excellent value. Located alongside the Aviation Club a Private Enclosure offers seating for up to 100 in a marquee with a private garden.

Bespoke Solution

We are very lucky at the Royal International Air Tattoo because we begin each year with a two-mile long site and lots of new ideas for making sure that our showground attractions match the dazzling aerial action. If you have an inspired way of enhancing your visitors' day at RIAT talk to us and we will almost certainly be able to make the reality happen.

In 2009

• Breitling UK created an owners' enclosure with retail facility, bar and private garden. All previous sales records were smashed!
• CSMA Club combined a mini motor museum with a viewing platform and drop in facility for more than 500 of their members.
• BAE Systems provided a grass enclosure for around 1,000 of their employees each day - providing private toilets and refreshments.
