The laws of England and Wales govern the contract of sale. Any dispute between The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises and the user will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Please note that in order to ensure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. If you do not have a credit card or are not comfortable with placing an on-line order, a free copy of our catalogue can be requested.

Delivery charges are outlined below. We will endeavour to deliver within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days.

Returns Information
If any exchange or refund is required, please return the item(s) to us ensuring you enclose the copy of your Despatch Note within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery and clearly marked for the Customer Services Department. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not except responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them. Video cassettes and audio cassettes / CD's will only be exchanged if faulty.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of goods, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; periodicals / magazines; accommodation, transport or leisure services which occur on a specific date.

Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are always in supply, occasionally some items may be out of stock. In these circumstances monies will be banked upon receipt of order and we will place any out of stock items on 'back order' and forward them as soon as they become available.

Pricing
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT where applicable.

Any items indicated as being subject to a 'special offer' have previously been available at the higher indicated price for at least 28 days.

Any price changes will be shown on your delivery note. If for this or any other reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned within 14 days and a full refund will be given.

Colour Reproduction
In illustrating the products on offer in The Air Tattoo Gift Shop we make every effort to reproduce details and colours as accurately as we can. Slight variations in colour and style may occur due to broadcasting limitations.


THE ROYAL INTERNATIONAL AIR TATTOO 2012 ('RIAT 2012')
SECURITY & ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • Other than for Park & View and Enclosure tickets, the holder of this ticket (the 'Ticket Holder') is permitted entry to the areas of RAF Fairford (including car parks) designated by the Organisers as being open to the public during RIAT 2012 (the 'Showground'). In these Conditions, 'Organisers' means The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises (registered company no. 2190393), its RIAT 2012 Executive Committee and their respective employees, consultants, servants and agents. The Ticket Holder shall not sell or transfer or attempt to sell or transfer this ticket to any third party without the Organisers' prior consent. Park & View tickets only allow access to designated Park & View areas and their associated car parks during the periods shown on the tickets and published by the organisers.
  • The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Showground and Park & View areas are subject to strict security arrangements and that the Organisers may carry out security checks (including, but not limited to, checks of the Ticket Holder's person, belongings and vehicle and refuse entry to, or remove any person and/or vehicle).
  • The following items may not under any circumstance be brought onto the Showground and Park & View areas: explosive substances or materials, pyrotechnics, offensive weapons and firearms (including replica or toy firearms), projectiles and similar devices; placards, flags, banners, signs, brochures and leaflets intended for distribution to the public; megaphones, amplifiers, loud speakers, lights and laser pointers; paint, chemicals, spray cans and other associated apparatus; bicycles, barbecues, birds or animals (including any within vehicles in the car parks) except guide dogs and any other item which, in the opinion of the Organisers, may cause personal injury or property damage, disruption to RIAT 2012, public nuisance or inconvenience, offence or distress or security risks.
  • The Ticket Holder shall not without the Organisers' prior written consent sell, license, or otherwise exploit, or attempt to exploit, any material whether written or in the form of digital or photographic film, sound, video or other recording or computer software obtained or made at the Showground or within the Park & View areas.
  • The Ticket Holder acknowledges that The Secretary of State for Defence and its agencies, The Royal Air Force, the Government of the United States of America and its agencies, The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust (together the 'Associates'), the Organisers and their respective servants, agents, independent contractors, consultants and sponsors shall have no liability whether in contract, in tort, for breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss or damage (howsoever caused) that the Ticket Holder may suffer as a result of gaining access to the Showground and Park & View areas including, without limitation, any loss of contracts, loss of earnings, damage to property or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage save in respect of death or personal injury directly resulting from the negligence of the Associates, the Organisers and/or their respective servants, agents, independent contractors, consultants and/or sponsors.
  • The Organisers reserve the right at any time to cancel or postpone RIAT 2012 or to cancel, postpone or vary any event comprising part of RIAT 2012. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, loss of profits or loss of contracts arising from such cancellation, postponement or variation. The Ticket Holder will not be entitled to a refund of any entrance fee paid if for any reason outside the Organisers' control RIAT 2012 or any comprising element does not take place or is curtailed in any way or postponed or the Ticket Holder is prevented from attending RIAT 2012. Should weather or other circumstances require flying to be curtailed or restricted, where possible aircraft will be taxied and other showground exhibits and displays will be available.
  • These Conditions may be modified by the Organisers by notice prominently displayed at the Showground and Park & View areas during RIAT 2012. These Conditions do not create, confer or purport to confer any benefit or right enforceable by any person not a party to them. If for any reason any provision of these Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Ticket Holder agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any matter arising under or in connection with these Conditions.
  • The Showground will open at 7.30am and close at 8.30pm to appropriate Ticket Holders on 7 and 8 July. There will be no re-entry for the public after 5.00pm. Park & View areas will open at 7.30am and close at 8.30pm on 4/5/6 July and 7.30am to 5.00pm on 9 July to appropriate Ticket Holders. All times are subject to change due to operational or health and safety reasons, and are at the Organisers' discretion.

FRIAT ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • FRIAT 2012 Memberships run until 31 December 2012. A sum equivalent to half the Membership Fee may be returnable in the event of RIAT 2012 being cancelled up to month before the advertised display date. Sixty- five percent of the Membership Fee is subject to VAT at the current rate.
  • Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the FRIAT Enclosure. All children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • The FRIAT 2012 Membership Cards will be issued approximately six weeks prior to RIAT 2012.
  • The FRIAT 2012 Membership Card is only to be used by the holder and is not transferable. The Membership Card is to be used as the admission ticket to The Royal International Air Tattoo 2012 and to The Friends of the Royal International Air Tattoo 2012 Enclosure. Members must undertake to remain within the Friends of RIAT 2012 Enclosure on Thursday 5 July, Friday 6 July and Monday 9 July and at all other times when requested by RIAT staff.
  • Members are not to use the name of The Royal International Air Tattoo Organising Committee or the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust to approach or write to any official body, company or organisation for their own gain or any other purpose whatsoever.
  • The organisers of RIAT 2012 reserve the right to refuse any application or withdraw Membership of any Applicant or Member.
  • All applications for FRIAT membership will be dealt with on a 'first come first served' basis. Grandstand seats will be numbered and allocated from the top row downwards.
