BAE Systems Collection
More information about the BAE Systems Collection for the 2017 Air Tattoo will be made available when we have it.
Throughout the years, the aircraft designed and built by BAE Systems and its predecessor businesses have led the way in aircraft innovation.
When crowds looked to the skies at the 2016 Air Tattoo, many of them looked fondly at the icons of the past and marvelled at the technology behind all the state-of-the-art aircraft of today and tomorrow.
Whether it was past guardians of the sky such as the Spitfire and Hurricane, today's frontline force of Typhoon and Tornado, or those closely linked to naval forces such as the Sea Harrier and the T-45 GosHawk, all of which have been designed, developed and manufactured by BAE Systems.
This innovation is the product of decades of investment in the next generation of engineers, manufacturers and scientists which will continue to keep the UK at the top table of aircraft development for generations to come.
BAE Systems invited all those attending the 2016 Air Tattoo to visit the BAE Systems Collection, located in the centre of the showground, to get up close and personal with a number of the aircraft of our past and present, and to visit them in the Techno Zone where visitors could find out how they are investing in the next generation of people.
