Royal Jordanian C-130 Hercules

The warmest of welcomes is guaranteed to anyone who visits the Royal Jordanian Air Force C-130 which will be on static display at this summer's Air Tattoo.

The colourful Hercules acts as the support aircraft for the Royal Jordanian Falcons aerobatics display team, which will be performing in the flying display.

In December the US handed over two C-130E cargo aircraft to the RJAF with a third due to arrive in Jordan this spring bringing to seven the total number of RJAF C-130s in the fleet.

The Royal Jordanian Air Force C-130s are the primary cargo aircraft of the Jordanian Armed Forces and are used for transporting their forces and equipment as they support UN peacekeeping humanitarian missions around the world.

“It was an epic spectacle, as magical as anything you've ever seen in the West End, and as loud as anything you've ever heard at Knebworth.”

Jeremy Clarkson, Television Presenter

Jenson Button, Formula 1 Racing Driver
