Civilian Socata TB20 Trinidad

Designed in the late 1970s, the TB family of aircraft are widely used as for training and touring by both civilian and military operators.

Socata, for some time part of the EADS conglomerate but now known as DAHER-Socata, has developed a long line of light single-engined touring and training aircraft in its TB series.

In the RIAT 2016 static display will be a TB20 Trinidad provided by Swiss pilot Bruno Stocker. This is a 250hp, four or five seat variant with a retractable undercarriage.

“It was an epic spectacle, as magical as anything you've ever seen in the West End, and as loud as anything you've ever heard at Knebworth.”

Jeremy Clarkson, Television Presenter

“All the thrills, excitement and noise of a Grand Prix, but in the air!”

Jenson Button, Formula 1 Racing Driver
