The VIP Hospitality complex comprises of 26 private chalets, the exclusive invitation-only Patron's Pavilion and the Trenchard Chalet.
Private Hospitality Chalet
Each individual chalet offers a private and secure environment for up to 50 guests that is yours for the day. Our staff will be on hand to take care of every last detail, leaving you free to do business. In addition, if you take a chalet for the full three days you have the option to further personalise your chalet interior with a choice of furnishings, table arrangements and decor, helping you to promote and position your brand.
The Trenchard Chalet
Located within the VIP hospitality complex, ‘Trenchard’ is the ultimate way to enjoy the show. A central crowdline position, VIP car pass, on-base parking, private garden and 5 star catering all combine to create an incredibly popular package.
We have a real mix of people in the chalet, from corporate groups to family parties who enjoy the finer things in life, to aircraft enthusiasts who want to enjoy all the action up close in luxury surroundings. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy the show and many of our guests return year on year.

Private Enclosure
For something that still delivers the wow factor but is a little more informal, a Private Enclosure could be the answer. Great for staff and / or corporate days out a Private Enclosure features a fully furnished, catered marquee and private garden set back from the crowd line.
