Mission Statement:

  • to PROMOTE the Royal Air Force, to SUPPORT its people now and into the future and to ENCOURAGE air-mindedness and the aviation-related education of youth.

This will be achieved, primarily, through:

  • the staging of the Royal International Air Tattoo, the Royal Air Force Concerts and other similar activities and
  • the giving of grants to satisfy the Trust's objects.

Broadened Perspective:

The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust will support the Royal Air Force and encourage air-mindedness through the opportunities presented by the Royal International Air Tattoo, by established links with youth groups including the Air Training Corps and by developing other opportunities with the RAF family of charities.
