The issue of a Ticket and subsequent access to RIAT 2024 is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from RIAT 2024 any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

Orders for tickets may be cancelled or exchanged provided that this occurs within 2 working days of purchase.  Administration fees are non-refundable. Orders changed to a different day or ticket type are subject to a £25 administration fee. Order changes can only be processed if tickets for both days/types are still on sale. When changing bookings for enclosures any passes issued must be returned before new passes can be issued. Enclosure packs for Aviation Club, First Class Lounge and Lightning Pavilion will be posted prior to the show. Lost or damaged enclosure passes cannot be replaced. In the event of loss or damage please contact Customer Services on 01285 713456. The Ticket Holder details will be passed to the enclosure to allow the Ticket Holder access, however you will need to present both your admission and enclosure e-tickets to gain entry.

The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Showground and Park & View areas are subject to strict security arrangements and that the Organisers may carry out security checks (including, but not limited to, checks of the Ticket Holder's person, belongings and vehicle and refuse entry to, or remove any person and/or vehicle).

The following items may not under any circumstance be brought onto the Showground and Park & View areas: explosive substances or materials, pyrotechnics, offensive weapons and firearms (including replica or toy firearms), projectiles and similar devices; placards, flags, banners, signs, brochures and leaflets intended for distribution to the public; megaphones, amplifiers, loud speakers, lights and laser pointers; paint, chemicals, spray cans and other associated apparatus; kites, remotely controlled model aircraft, drones or similar devices; bicycles, barbecues, birds or animals (including any within vehicles in the car parks) except assistance dogs and any other item which, in the opinion of the Organisers, may cause personal injury or property damage, disruption to RIAT 2024, public nuisance or inconvenience, offence or distress or security risks.

The flying of drones or small unmanned aircraft is prohibited in or around the airspace of RAF Fairford. Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order grants the Air Tattoo Restricted Airspace between 16 July and 22 July to allow safe conduct of the event and contravention of that would constitute a criminal act.

Shelters are allowed to be bought into the event up to 1.5 metres in height as are step ladders however they are not allowed within 10m of the crowdline so that they do not obstruct to the view of others. This will be policed and should the problem persist the perpetrator will be asked to leave the event immediately.

Smoking (including vaping) within the Enclosures is only allowed in Outdoor Designated Smoking Areas, as determined by the organisers and indicated with appropriate signage and is not allowed in any event structure at the Air Tattoo, or within 10 metres of any aircraft.
