Grob G120TP

The German manufacturer Grob, famed for its training aircraft, gliders and motorgliders of composite construction, has entered the basic turboprop trainer market with its G120TP, first flown in 2010 as a development of the piston-powered G120. The engine is the Rolls-Royce M250-B17F. So far the air forces of first Indonesia and then Argentina have ordered the G120TP, which has a side-by-side seating configuration; Martin-Baker's new lightweight Mk17 ejector seats can be fitted.
