The RNZAF operates two Boeing 757s, having bought the aircraft in 2003. They are operated in the transport role for freight, cargo and troop movements. They also have the capability to be converted for aeromedical evacuation.

The 757s are operated by No. 40 Squadron, which also operates five C-130H Hercules. The 757 will take part in the static display for 2016.
