We are a Charitable Trust Enterprise whose mission is to promote the Royal Air Force, to support its people now and into the future, to encourage air-mindedness and the aviation-related education of youth. We achieve this, primarily, through the staging of the Royal International Air Tattoo, the Royal Air Force Concerts and the giving of grants to satisfy the Trust's objectives. 

About the role:

The Hospitality Chalet Line hosts 6,000 VIP guests over the RIAT show and we offer a shuttle service to transport them from the VIP Car Park Terminal to the VIP Drop Off Point close to the Chalet Line. As part of a small team of Guest Shuttle Bus Drivers, you will work in a shift pattern to drive our guests to and from the Chalet Line throughout the Show. 

Main Responsibilities will include: 

Transporting high-level VIP and senior military personnel to and from the Chalet Line in a minibus. You must have a minibus driving license. You will interact with all levels of staff and guests so you are required to be smart, professional, friendly and courteous to our guests at all times. You are responsible for keeping the minibus clean and tidy throughout and returning it to the Hospitality Chalet Manager in this condition each day. 

What commitment is required? 

 Attend a briefing the Thursday evening before the show and three full Show days Friday - Sunday.
