2020 Ticket Refund or Rollover Update
Published: 18 May 2020 updated: 19 May 2020
Thank you very much for your continued support for the Air Tattoo and our parent; The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust.
We now have in place a simple process to enable you to request a refund or carry over your 2020 tickets to 2021 - our 50th Anniversary. For those of you wanting to roll over your bookings, thank you! You don't need to do anything, and we will email you by the end of September with more details but don't worry, your tickets are secure.
If you would like a refund all the details on how to do this are in the email that we are sending you today (Monday 18 May). The reason why I am not giving exact details here is that the process differs depending on whether you paid by card, standing order, cash etc. However, for the majority of people you can automatically request your refund by logging into your Air Tattoo account HERE
In the email we are sending, you will have until midday on Wednesday 27 May to claim your refund through our automated system, after this it may take longer.
If you are requesting a refund we would encourage you to donate to our parent charity, the RAF Charitable Trust
, and this option is covered HERE
Due to the cancellation of the Air Tattoo, the majority of RAFCTE employees are still on furlough leave. This means that we will still have limited website and social media updates and a small customer services team is available but, as you can imagine, will be busy, so please bear with us if you are trying to telephone.
Please be assured our absolute priority is to provide refunds where needed, as soon as possible, and then to deliver a fantastic 50th Anniversary Air Tattoo in 2021.
Thank you for your patience in this matter and I hope you find this process as easy as possible.
