Gavin Gager Chief Executive Officer

Prior to becoming CEO, Gavin served as RIAT’s Finance Director from 2021 to 2025, steering the organisation through challenging times and delivering record-breaking results, including sold-out events and significant charitable contributions to the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust. He championed customer experience enhancements, including the expansion of Techno Zone® and the introduction of digital infrastructure across the showground to facilitate an immersive experience on the ground, including the presentation of in-cockpit footage.

Gavin’s career spans senior leadership roles in finance and strategic management. Before joining RIAT, he was Chief Financial Officer at Milton Keynes Development Partnership and Finance Director at The Parks Trust. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University and brings expertise in financial strategy, governance, and organisational transformation.
