About the role:
Team Reception manages the arrivals and
departures of all volunteers to RIAT. The Receptionist is responsible for
ensuring that volunteers have all the information they need and appropriate passes to
make their time at RIAT as enjoyable as possible.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet volunteers, welcoming them to Fairford
- Checking photo identification
- Issuing arrival packs
- Be able to identify volunteers who might need help/advice and be able to assist
- Issuing security passes
- Have knowledge of the accommodation site and facilities available for volunteers
What commitment is required?
Volunteers are asked to commit to 10/11 days during July, to cover the weekend/ week prior to the show and the show weekend itself, departing on the Monday or Tuesday after the show.
