The reach of the Royal Air Force is truly global whether it is supporting exercises at home, delivering vital humanitarian aid, assisting in global operations or demonstrating our talents on multi-national exercises in the USA. The pace of development and innovation has continued to make the RAF a first class force.

However, it is the aviators who bring it all together and provide the backbone to ensuring success. Operation Pitting was a prime example of this when, at short notice, all elements stepped up to enable over 15,000 Afghan refugees to be relocated by the UK alone.

The RAF Experience gives you the opportunity to meet these people, discuss the training they undergo and understand their roles and day-to-day responsibilities, together with some of the equipment they operate that enables the RAF to be a true force multiplier.
