A favourite for many guests, the Aviation Club offers a very special day out in a relaxed environment. You'll get access to the on-base Guest Car Park and a light breakfast, morning tea or coffee, two-course lunch, and afternoon tea.Set back from the crowd line, this is an established favourite for many visitors to the Air Tattoo looking for a smart yet relaxed hospitality experience. The Club is centrally located and offers easy access to the heart of the showground, while also being the perfect place to watch the flying displays.
You will be emailed your general admission ticket(s) in June 2024. About the same time we will send you via Royal Mail your Aviation Club pass and car pass along with more information about your day.

Jeans are permitted, but we politely request no scruffy or torn jeans or sportswear be worn within the Aviation Club. Smart shorts are also allowed in case of hot weather.
All footwear should be clean and due to the location of the car parks and the sometimes long grass we would suggest that guests wear suitable footwear, smart trainers are permitted.
Please note that our menus include a range of food options, including vegetarian and vegan. Relish, our catering partner, can also provide gluten free/coeliac dishes. In the tick box section of the booking process please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements. However, the menu is set, so we sadly cannot cater for 'preferences'.
You will be allocated a seat at a shared lunch table on arrival by our welcoming Volunteer team. If you wish to sit with someone who has booked separately, can you please let us know in advance.
Yes, access to the Aviation Club is across hard surfaces or via trackway. However, the garden is grass, which is sometimes quite long, so those with restricted mobility should consider this when booking.

Please advise us, when booking, if you are a wheelchair user, which helps us with our seating plans.
