You will be emailed your general admission ticket(s) in June 2024. About the same time we will send you via Royal Mail your First Class Lounge pass and car pass along with more information about your day.
Please note that our menus include a range of food options, including vegetarian and vegan. Relish, our catering partner, can also provide gluten free/coeliac dishes. In the tick box section of the booking process please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements. However, this is not a restaurant, the menu is set, so we sadly cannot cater for 'preferences'.

No, but there are plenty of tables. Due to the relaxed dining style, you can eat either inside or outside in the garden.
No all furniture is unreserved, but there are plenty of chairs for everyone.

No - dress for the weather. Due to the locationof the car parks and the sometimes long grass on site,we would suggest that you wear suitable footwear.
Yes, but access to the enclosure will be over grass. Those with restricted mobility should consider this when booking.
