Applications for catering stand positions are no longer accepted through this form. Organisations providing catering solutions should contact our catering partner Freemans Event Partner directly at concessionsenquiries@freemanseventpartners.co.uk.

Before you start:

1. Make sure you have reviewed the commercial opportunities brochure and know which area and stand size you wish to be in.
2. Be sure to supply photos or any other relevant documentation to help convey the quality, and/or unique features of your trading unit/set up ready to share. Submissions with supporting information are more likely to be approved.
3. Ensure you have read and comply fully with all RIAT26 Site Regulations.
