How and when will I get my tickets?

Please note that our menus include a range of food options, including vegetarian and vegan. Relish, our catering partner, can also provide gluten free/coeliac dishes. In the tick box section of the booking process please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements. However, this is not a restaurant, the menu is set, so we sadly cannot cater for 'preferences'.

We can provide children's lunchboxes if you wish, please advise us when booking.

Yes. Children aged 5 and over require a ticket for the First Class Lounge. Under 5's are welcome to bring their own food. We can provide children's lunchboxes, please advise us when booking.

No, but there are plenty of tables. Due to the relaxed dining style, you can eat either inside or outside in the garden.

No all furniture is unreserved, but there are plenty of chairs for everyone.

No - dress for the weather. Due to the location of the car parks and the sometimes long grass on site,we would suggest that you wear suitable footwear.

Yes, but access to the enclosure will be over grass. Those with restricted mobility should consider this when booking.

There is a disabled toilet on site.

Smoking (including vaping) within the enclosure is only allowed in the outdoor designated smoking area.
