Is there a dress code for Altitude?

Your tickets will be emailed to you ahead of the event. Please bring them with you on the day—either printed or on a mobile device. Upon arrival at the Altitude Enclosure, your ticket will be checked, and you’ll be issued a wristband for entry.

No, all outdoor furniture in the garden area is unreserved. However, there is ample seating available for all guests.

Yes, pre-paid parking is included. Follow the directions given when issued your ticket.

Yes, the enclosure is accessible, although entry is across grass. Guests with limited mobility should bear this in mind when booking. A disabled toilet is available.

Smoking, including vaping, is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area.

Yes. Our catering partner, Relish, offers a variety of options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free/coeliac-friendly dishes. Please indicate any allergies or specific dietary requirements during the booking process. Note that while we aim to accommodate dietary needs, we are unable to customise menus based on personal preferences.
