Site Safety Co-Ordinator (FTC)

Location: Fairford - site based

What are we looking for?

As a vital member of the RIAT Functional Safety Team, the Site Safety Coordinator collaborates closely with the RIAT Site Manager to offer guidance, support, and assurance regarding Health and Safety and Fire Safety concerns within micro-sites during both the construction and dismantling phases. Additionally, this role involves facilitating the coordination of micro-site scheduling to ensure efficient operations.

We are looking for an experienced Safety Coordinator to help us minimize the risk of job-related accidents. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. You will also develop policies to promote occupational health and safety (OHS) awareness.

Safety coordinators should be well-versed in all OHS regulations. Your work will be focused on prevention, so you need to be diligent and analytical. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a sensitivity for potential dangers.


The goal is to support the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe workplace.

Type of Contract/Working Hours:

36.25 hours per week.

You will be required to work the weekend of the air show (Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July) as well as one day the weekend before – either Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th July.

A salary of £32,000 per annum pro rata, you will also receive:
