Gavin Gager Chief Executive Officer

Gavin joined RAFCTE in June of 2021 and has steered the Royal International Air Tattoo through some turbulent times in recent years. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in August 2025.

Since joining the business, RIAT has sold out on every occasion, with record donations made to the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust. He has been a driver of change within the business, with an additional focus on the customer experience, overseeing the expansion of Techno Zone® and implementation of digital screens across the site.

Previous to joining us, Gavin worked extensively in Milton Keynes where he held positions of Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at both Milton Keynes Development Partnership and The Parks Trust Milton Keynes respectively.
