Gift Voucher T&Cs
- Redemption: Royal International Air Tattoo Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against admission tickets, enclosure packages and booking fees when purchased online at airtattoo.com. Merchandise may also be ordered by contacting Customer Services on 01285 713 456 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
- Event Use: Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the Air Tattoo event itself. They are only valid for purchases made via airtattoo.com or by calling Customer Services.
- Multiple Vouchers: More than one Gift Voucher can be used in a single transaction, up to the total value of the goods or services being purchased.
- No Cash Value: Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
- Expiry: Gift Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Security: We cannot replace vouchers that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Refunds: Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in accordance with your legal rights.
- Fraud Protection: We reserve the right to refuse any Gift Voucher that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or tampered with.
- Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. We also reserve the right to take any necessary action, including cancellation of a voucher, if misuse is suspected.
