Air Tattoo Ticket T&Cs Key Points

By purchasing an Air Tattoo 2019 ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions HERE.

In particular you are reminded of the following:

Tickets may be cancelled prior to 1/5/19 and you will be reimbursed the value of your booking less the £20 administration fee. All order cancellation requests should submitted by email to: customer.services@rafcte.com. After 1/5/19 all tickets are non-refundable and no refunds will be made. Changes can be made provided both days/ticket types are still available however no changes will be made after 5.00pm on Friday 28 June 2019. Administration fees are non-refundable.

The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Showground is subject to strict security arrangements and that the Organisers may carry out security checks.

The following items may not under any circumstance be brought onto the Showground and Park & View areas: drones, explosive substances or materials, pyrotechnics, offensive weapons, firearms (including replica or toy firearms), projectiles or similar devices; placards, flags, banners, signs, brochures and leaflets intended for distribution to the public; megaphones, amplifiers, loud speakers, lights or laser pointers; paint, chemicals, spray cans and other associated apparatus; bicycles, barbecues, birds or animals (including any within vehicles in the car parks) except assistance dogs and any other item which, in the opinion of the Organisers, may cause personal injury or property damage, disruption to RIAT 2019, public nuisance or inconvenience, offence or distress or security risks.

The flying of drones or small unmanned aircraft is prohibited in or around the airspace of RAF Fairford. Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order grants the Air Tattoo Restricted Airspace between Tuesday 16 July and Monday 22 July to allow safe conduct of the event and contravention of that would constitute a criminal act.

Shelters are allowed to be bought into the event up to 1.5 metres in height as are step ladders however they are not allowed within 10m of the crowdline so that they do not obstruct to the view of others. This will be policed and should the problem persist the perpetrator will be asked to leave the event immediately. 

Smoking (including vaping) within the Enclosures is only allowed in Outdoor Designated Smoking Areas, as determined by the organisers and indicated with appropriate signage and is not allowed in any event structure at the Air Tattoo.
