Unfortunately, cars are not permitted. Your group must attend via mini-bus or coach.

Yes, you will need to download all tickets for your group, as everyone will need to be scanned into the event. E-tickets are acceptable, and printing is not required.

Yes, our shuttle buses are fully accessible. If you have any specific requirements, please get in touch, and we will provide additional information as needed.

If you require accessible parking, please complete the accessible parking form using the link provided.

Yes, home-educated groups are welcome, but only if they are registered under Elective Home Education (EHE). Home educators must contact us with details, confirmation of your Friday Futures application, and provide evidence of EHE from your county council. Applications without this evidence will not be considered. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

There is no dedicated shelter for Friday Futures’ attendees. However, several refuelling stations are available throughout the site, offering sheltered areas, catering, and water refill stations.

Due to the operational nature of the airshow, the site experiences continuous and unpredictable aircraft activity, including sudden loud sounds from fast jets and displays. As a result, it is not possible to create a fully quiet or low-sensory area within the main event site.

We understand that this may be challenging for some visitors with SEND, and we are exploring alternative ways to support those sensitive to noise or crowds. We recommend the following:

  • Bring noise-cancelling headphones or ear defenders
  • Plan breaks away from busy areas
  • Use quieter periods, typically in the morning before flying begins

We are also open to feedback from schools, carers, and families on how we can improve the experience for all attendees.

Yes, you can apply for additional tickets until 26th June 2026. Please email Friday.futures@rafcte.com with your request, and our team will assist with further information and ticket allocation.
