TRAGO MILLS SAH-1

This light aerobatic trainer was originally designed by Sydney Arthur Holloway as a potential replacement aircraft for the Scottish Aviation Bulldog in RAF service, eventually losing to the Slingsby T67M Firefly. The aircraft was eventually marketed to private pilots as the Sprint. The example joining the static display was the only one built and appears as part of our training theme wearing its anticipated markings in military service. This light aircraft has superb handling characteristics and was once called the 'Tiger-Moth of the 21st Century" by AFC Bedford who was once Chief Test Pilot for BAE Systems at their Dunsfold airfield.
