RIAT tickets with Camping

No, the camping fee is just the campsite and does not give access to the showground. A General Admission ticket will need to be purchased for at least one day of the show (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) in order for you to book the Official RIAT Campsite.

Yes, anyone booking to stay at the official RIAT campsite will need to purchase a general admission ticket into the show for at least one day over the weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).

Campsite general questions

The size of a standard pitch is 10 metres by 8 metres (10m x 8m).

Only one vehicle: car with caravan, car with tent, campervan, or motorhome is allowed per pitch.

You may place multiple tents/awnings on one pitch but everything, including your vehicle, must fit within the pitch.

Pitches will be marked out but are not pre-allocated—they’re available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are part of a large group, we suggest that you arrive together.

· If you need more space, you must book additional pitches through customer services.

There is free parking for one vehicle per booking. Additional parking will be available at an additional cost. Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch.

There will be a limited number of pitches with electric hookup. These facilities will be available to book as an add-on later in the year, please sign up for our emails to keep updated.

The Official RIAT campsite will be located in the fields previously designated as the Green Car Park just outside the village of Marston Meysey at the west end of the Airfield. Further details will be provided nearer the show.

Glamping will be available in early 2026, please sign up for our emails to keep updated.

Yes, please go ahead and purchase a standard camping ticket and once available you can then purchase a Glamping upgrade option.

Glamping options will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In order to book camping on the Sunday evening you must also book the Friday and Saturday camping tickets. This is due to the traffic restrictions in place on the Saturday and Sunday.

Not planned for 2026 but we will consider this for 2027.

Disabled/Accessibility based questions

Entry to the airfield and Park & View

Yes, all attendees of RIAT are subject to security and ticket checks when they enter the showground. This entrance will be for Official RIAT Campsite users.

Arrival and departure information

You will receive this information prior to the event.

We recognise that campers may wish to transition to Park & View East on Wednesday, Thursday and Monday however we ask that vehicle movements are kept to a minimum.

Park & View West remains open and is walkable on all three days.

There is a one-way system in place in the area on Saturday and Sunday as well as a small one-way system in Kempsford on Friday. Details will be confirmed by the end of January 2026.

Yes you can be dropped off at the campsite on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, however this will not be possible on the Saturday and Sunday due to the one-way traffic management we have in place over those two days.

Campsite rules

There will not be a designated quiet area, but there will be strict noise restrictions in place.

You are welcome to use cooking equipment such as a small butane gas stoves (single burner with gas cylinder up to 5kg) in all camping fields but they must be raised off the grass.

No charcoal, briquette, fire log or similar BBQs / fire pits are permitted.

To protect against the risk of fire and carbon monoxide poisoning, please use cooking equipment a safe distance from your tent or vehicle and never inside your tent.

Since dogs are not permitted in the showground or official RIAT car parks, the same rules will apply to the RIAT campsite.

Campsite facilities

Yes, by booking a camping ticket, you automatically gain access to the evening entertainment.

There are limited viewing opportunities of the runway, but nothing will beat the experience of view the show from within the showground.

Yes, there will be food vendors open on the campsite. Further details such as what will be available and opening hours will be provided nearer the time.

We will confirm the range of facilities by the end of January 2026.
