Dassault Falcon 2000LX
The Dassault Falcon series is a collection of small and medium-sized business jets that it has been producing since the mid-1960s. The Falcon series has blended a luxurious cabin with technology derived from classic French fighter aircraft to produce a fast and long-range platform with excellent flight characteristics. The Falcon 900 first flew in 1984 and is equipped with three jet engines, this version of the Falcon has become popular for its long range and low running costs compared to competitors. A larger and longer ranged version of the Falcon 900, known as the 2000 also flew in 1993 using a pair of engines rather than three. This version has recently been ordered by the French Navy.
Global Jet X will be using a single Falcon 2000LX to transport visitors to the Air Tattoo, it is not planned for the aircraft to be on display to the public.
