Inspired by its Patron, His Majesty, King Charles III in Teesside, Industrial Cadets is a widely recognised, accredited awards scheme increasing diversity and inspiring young people through industry-based experiences to become part of the workforce of the future.

Organisations are invited to use the Industrial Cadets accreditation as a quality benchmark for outreach and education programmes and to build pathways for students through education to employment.
